MOTIONER TILL ÅRSMÖTE/PROPOSITIONS TO THE ANNUAL MEETING
Om några månader, närmare bestämt under april månad är det dags för föreningens årsstämma.
Enligt stadgarna ska motioner vara Styrelsen tillhanda senast 1 februari om inte styrelsen beslutar om att förlänga motionstiden. För att alla medlemmar ska få lite mer tid på sig att upprätta sina motioner har styrelsen beslutat att förlänga motionstiden till 20 februari.
Välkomna med era skriftliga motioner senast 20 februari 2019.
Kallelsen kommer att delas ut i början på april.

In a few months, specifically in April, it is time for the association’s annual general meeting.
According to the statutes, propositions must be received by the Association Board (Styrelsen) no later than February 1st unless the Board decides to extend this period. In order for all members to have a little more time to prepare their propositions, the Board has decided to extend the period to February 20th.
Welcome with your written propositions no later than February 20th.
The calling to the meeting will be handed out in early April.
